TAMPA -- Bedecked in greasepaint, the real life versions of Jack Skellington and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas officially tied the knot on Day 2 of Tampa Bay Comic Con.

Or, in the non-cosplay universe, Gwen Murnahan and Shawn Walter exchanged their vows on the floor of the Tampa Convention Center with a phalanx of Disney Princesses, Star Wars characters and Marvel Super Heroes in tow.

According to our news partners at the Tampa Bay Times, the Walters, hailing from Venice, got engaged at the 2015 Megacon in Orlando and celebrated their new marriage in front of a literal cast of characters on Saturday.

They weren't the only costumers getting hitched at the con: Superman (Harrison Burwell) and Wonder Woman (Shanna Burwell) fulfilled the prophecy foretold in Alex Ross' Kingdom Come graphic novel.

Harrison Burwell, 35, wears a Superman costume alongside his bride, Shanna Burwell, 36, dressed as Wonder Woman, during their wedding ceremony Saturday at the 2016 Tampa Bay Comic Con in the Tampa Convention Center.

What will be in store for the final day at TBCC? Maybe more weddings, but certainly more cosplay.
