'Navy p---y b--ch' | Worker accused of hitting, berating patient with dementia

Pasco County Sheriff's deputies say Robert Roth repeatedly slapped the victim across the face.

HUDSON, Fla. -- A certified nursing assistant is accused of hitting and berating an elderly man with dementia inside a Pasco County care facility.

Robert Roth, 49, grabbed the 76-year-old victim by the chin, shook his head and called him a "Navy p---y b--ch" at the Windsor Woods Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Hudson, according to an arrest affidavit.

Roth then allegedly slapped the elderly man, who is unable to speak, three times in the face.

Deputies say another nursing assistant, who was helping change the victim's clothes, reported the incident.

Roth, of Port Richey, has been charged with abuse of an elderly or disabled adult.
