COLLIN COUNTY -- If you're in the market for a 29,000 square-foot house once owned by a Dallas Cowboy, look no further than Collin County.

Deion Sanders' Prosper home, which has been appraised at $11.7 million, will be sold in a no-reserve auction starting Nov. 18. It includes a bowling alley, arcade, indoor swimming pool and football field, sitting on more than nine acres.

The home and surrounding property were sold to developers who plan to build upscale homes on most of the land.

"Concierge Auctions is accustomed to selling homes with incredible amenities, celebrity-owned and otherwise, but Lone Star on Preston ranks among the top. It's obvious Mr. Sanders designed the property for fun, play and entertaining, but also with quality and privacy in mind. We've had great success in the Dallas area and are excited to continue that trend with this most intriguing offering we've presented to date," Laura Brady with Concierge Auctions said.
