CLEARWATER, Fla. -- 52-year-old Celia Kathryn Harte has been found and returned home safe.
She had been missing from her home located on Pine St. since Monday, Oct. 10, 2016, according to her boyfriend. He was worried about her safety, according to the Clearwater Police Department.
