Coldplay concert at Ford Amphitheatre rescheduled for March 5

Tampa, Florida - The Coldplay concert originally scheduled for September 14 at the Ford Amphitheatre in Tampa has been rescheduled for March 5.The "Twisted Logic Tour" was postponed when lead singer Chris Martin became sick.Tickets will be honored for the new date, according to the Ford Amphitheatre's website.Here's the official statement: "Coldplay finally arrives at the Ford Amphitheatre to make up for their previously cancelled date. The band, stronger than ever, is anxious to make-up to the Tampa Bay area fans for what they missed in September. Coldplay has embarked on its biggest world tour to date – the “Twisted Logic” tour – in support of XY, the follow-up to the band’s Grammy-winning, triple Platinum 2002 release, A Rush of Blood to the Head. Don’t miss what promises to be one of the concert highlights of the year!"The opening act will be Fiona Apple.Tickets for the rescheduled concert go on sale Saturday November 19 at 10 am at the Ford Amphitheatre Box Office and all Ticketmaster outlets.However, once again, tickets to the previously scheduled concert will be honored.
