ldquo;Basically telling them they needed to move on with their lives, that theyrsquo;re going to go out and have a fresh start, rdquo; Det. Bailey said. But family members believe it was Hill who may have written those letters. They are suspicious for a reason. Hill is the same man who in 1968, shot his wife in the head and also wounded his mother-in-law.In 1992 he went back to prison, sentenced to 19 years for drug trafficking. He was released earlier this year, is now living in Virginia, and has never been charged in connection with any of the disappearances.ldquo;Therersquo;stoo many people thatrsquo;s been missing, thatrsquo;s been involved with him. Therersquo;s got to be something to it,rdquo; said Howard Hiers, husband of one of the missing women. And while itrsquo;s been nearly 35 years, detectives believe one day Margaret Dash, Retha Hiers and Donyelle Johnson will be found.ldquo; You have three people who lived in the area that just disappeared one day. I think somebody probably knows something, rdquo; Detective Bailey says.Anyone with information on this case can contact Pinellas County Crime Stoppers at 800-873-TIPS./>
