Tampa, Florida -- Today is the last day the historic Don Vicente de Ybor Historic Inn will open its doors to guests.
Frequent Ybor City land purchaser and Blue Pearl veterinary hospital chain founder Darryl Shaw bought the building last July for $2.2 million and reportedly plans to change it into studio apartments with other spaces devoted to an office and restaurant.
The 120-year old building was used for many decades as the health clinic for the people living in Ybor, for this reason it's known for being haunted.
