Tampa, Florida -- Tampa's meat mystery continues months after a family of four was rushed to the hospital for treatment after eating beef laced with LSD.

A 44-page report released from Tampa police details the scary moments that unfolded at a home on Bel Aire Circle back on March 3.

Ronnie Morales, a chef and bartender, was busy baking some thin-cut bottom round steak to put in wheat tortillas to make wraps for his pregnant girlfriend and her 6- and 7-year-old daughters.

After eating, they immediately started to feel sick and had to be rushed to the hospital. According to the report, one of the girls "was laughing a lot and trying to grab colors out of the air." Their symptoms "were numbness, dizziness, tingling, hallucinations, racing heart and breathing issues."

Jessica Rosado, the mother, was 9 months pregnant, hospital staff were able to safely deliver her baby.

Meanwhile, investigators rushed to the Walmart on North Dale Mabry Highway and reviewed their surveillance video and found nothing suspicious. In a written statement from then, Walmart said it was removing the remaining meat "in an abundance of caution."

According to the report, the beef was produced in Newman, Georgia, and shipped to a distribution center in Winter Haven. Walmart had the chance to reject the shipment if the bag or box was punctured or opened but signed off on the shipment.

While the family has since recovered and moved to Connecticut, investigators have continued to try to track down the cause but Monday they admitted they still don't know.
