TAMPA, Fla. -- A court document filed on Monday shows where Howell Donaldson III, the man accused of murdering four people in Seminole Heights, waived his right to a pretrial detention hearing.
This means Donaldson will not be allowed free before a trial or trials begin.
A judge wrote Donaldson would be too great of a threat to the community to be released.
Donaldson is in jail on four counts of first-degree murder, all of which are capital felony offenses. He must now be indicted and arraigned before the case moves forward.
