Boo! Tickets for Disney's 'Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party' going on sale soon

The event runs from Aug. 9 - Oct. 31 on select dates inside the Magic Kingdom Park.

ORLANDO, Fla. — It's almost time for the most magical place on Earth to become perhaps the most spooky.

Tickets to Disney World's "Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party" are available to the public starting Wednesday, May 15. Guests of select resort hotels can get early access to tickets starting on May 8. Prices run between $119 - $199, plus tax.

The event runs from Aug. 9 - Oct. 31 on select dates inside the Magic Kingdom Park. According to Disney fan site Walt Disney World Magic, this is the earliest start date for the Halloween celebration. It started on Aug. 11 in 2023, Aug. 12 in 2022, Aug. 17 in 2018 and Aug. 25 in 2017.

Ticket holders can enter the park as early as 4:00 p.m., however the Not-So-Scary Halloween Party doesn't start until 7:00 p.m. and runs until midnight.

For those of you with a sweet tooth, trick-or-treat spots will be set around the park at the following locations:

  • Market Street Welcome Trick-or-Treating
  • Tortuga Tavern
  • Tom Sawyer Island Dock
  • Gaston’s Tavern
  • Near TRON Lightcycle / Run
  • Princess Fairytale Hall

Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade 👻

The parade line-up features multiple Disney characters, including Hitchhiking Ghosts and the Spectral Bride from the Haunted Mansion attraction. 

The showtimes are at 8:15 and 11:15 p.m.

Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular 🎃

Enjoy a Halloween firework and laser show featuring Jack Skellington from "The Nightmare Before Christmas" as the host. 

During the show, Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy are inside a mysterious haunted house where they encounter skeletons, ghosts and different Disney villains.

Showtime for the fireworks show is at 10:00 p.m.

Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular 😈

Attendees can head to the Cinderella Castle stage to see a wicked show hosted by the Sanderson Sisters from the titular movie "Hocus Pocus."

Winifred, Sarah and Mary will cast a spell through the entire park with the use of sinister shadows, terrifying nightmares and the powers of other iconic villains.

Located at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café, you and your young ones can enjoy thrilling tunes featuring fan-favorite characters from Disney Junior shows.

Some of the acts include "Rusty Cut Glass," "The Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet" and the "DescenDANCE Party" inspired by the upcoming Disney+ movie "Descendants: The Rise of Red."
