TAMPA, Fla. — A deadly overnight crash shut down streets Wednesday morning in Ybor City, Tampa police said.
Two cars crashed at about 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of North 22nd Street and East Palm Avenue, according to the department. A person in one of the cars was killed.
Traffic was diverted at East 9th Avenue and North 22nd Street for several hours. All roads have since reopened.
The investigation is ongoing.
