PINELLAS PARK, Fla. -- Investigators from the Pinellas Park Police Department developed probable cause to arrest 37-year-old, Jeremy Allen Graham on Thursday after conducting further investigation into an alleged child abuse allegation that was reported to Pinellas Park Police Department on October 26, 2015.

On Monday, October 26th officers from the Pinellas Park Police Department were called to a local hospital to investigate a possible child abuse where the 4-month-old boy was found to have new and old injuries consistent with head trauma that would have occurred at different times.

It was further determined that the father Jeremy Graham was in care of the child on both 10/06/15 and 10/25/15 when the child was taken to the hospital on both dates for emergency medical reasons. It was on the second trip to the hospital on the 10/25/15 that the medical staff discovered the old and new injuries related to the head trauma.  Detectives believe that the injuries to the child occurred during the time that Graham was caring for the child.

After learning of his pending arrest, Graham turned himself into investigators and he was later booked into the Pinellas County Jail on the charge of aggravated child abuse.

The injuries to the child do not appear to be life threatening.

The investigation remains open at this time.
