Tampa man types hilarious ad for his 'yellow abomination on wheels'

If you're on the market for a used car, this MINI Cooper might be for you.

TAMPA, Fla. -- A Tampa man is selling a MINI Cooper described as a "yellow abomination on wheels."

The 2013 Countryman has 40,000 miles on it.

Its nickname? The Taxi Cab.

The photo and description of the vehicle were posted to the Facebook Marketplace, where social media users buy and sell items.

The post has grown in popularity for its humorous description.

"Financing can be available, but I wouldn't recommend it because you'll be kicking yourself that [you're] still making payments," the description reads.

The car is being offered for $12,800.

"Have you ever wanted to own a car that nobody will ever compliment you. Do you have a son or daughter that is doing badly in school but got kicked off the bus and lives 10 miles away from school? Boy do I have the car for you! This yellow abomination on wheels was produced in 2012 by some mad scientist that built this for his MINI lot up north, this same mad scientist thought someone would actually buy this off the lot. Guess what? They did! Only someone with a unique amount of taste could have owned this thing. With only 40,000 miles you can practically buy it and use it as a taxi cab because the damn thing already completes it before you even start putting money into it. It has a non turbo 1.6L engine paired to a 5SPD manual. I swear to god this is the slowest thing I have ever driven. It grew on me though. We have a name for it on our lot and we call it the Taxi Cab because nobody in their right mind would own this thing as a personal car. We accept all currency. I especially accept Russian rubles because that's where I hope this car ends up so I never have to see it again. Financing can be available but I wouldn't recommend it because you'll be kicking yourself that your still making payments on a Snapple colored Countryboi. When we had this in the shop doing a safety inspection it passed flying colors because it was barely driven because the previous owner was too ashamed to be caught inside this thing whilst still making payments. This yellow MINI Countryman was sponsored by Pineapples on Pizza Because thats the only person that would buy this thing. call me for more details."
