Teddy Dupay looked around the Loretta Ingraham Community Center and smiled. This year’s turnout was the best yet. “We lost money on it every year. We couldn’t get enough girls to show up to it,” the youth coach said. “We have momentum.” This is the fourth year the Teddy Dupay Basketball Academy has hosted an all-girls camp. Previous years drew much fewer players. This year, things are different.
