Senior Games inspires healthy aging for many

Growing older doesn’t mean you have to stop moving. The National Senior Games, presented by Humana, kicks off June 14 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the participants are passionate about cultivating a natural culture of active aging. We spoke with athletes, Katherine Switzer and Carol Klenfner. Switzer is an avid runner, and was the first woman to officially enter and run in the Boston Marathon in 1967. Meanwhile, Carol Klenfner just recently started playing sports. She started playing ping pong a few years ago and fell in love with the game. Both ladies agree that more seniors should get moving!
