Man's body found in a retention pond
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said it was investigating after a body was found.
Deputies said the body was found near a retention pond behind a Seminole Winn Dixie Sunday afternoon.
Law enforcement said they weren’t sure how long the body had been there because of being exposed to the outside elements.
The body will be taken to the Medical Examiner’s office to find out manner and cause of death.
