POLK COUNTY, Fla. — A 27-year-old man was arrested twice in a week after being accused of sexually exposing himself to customers while providing pest and lawn services in Polk County.

According to a news release from the Polk County Sheriff's Office, Tyler Mountain of Lake Wales was arrested after detectives spoke with two separate women who said he "exposed himself to them."

Mountain is now facing charges of lewd exhibition and lewd exhibition to an elderly person.

The investigation started on Oct. 26 when a 76-year-old woman reported that an employee of Massey Services exposed himself to her while inside her Davenport home. He was there to give an estimate for pest control services.

The woman reportedly told detectives that Mountain stepped out of her bathroom with his genitals exposed saying that his zipper was broken. The sheriff's office said he asked for help, but the woman refused.

"When a PCSO detective contacted Massey Services, a regional manager informed the detective that Mountain’s employment with the company had been terminated following the complaint—the second such complaint they received about him," the agency explained in the release.

Mountain was arrested on Nov. 22 for the October incident – but a woman from Haines City came forward to tell detectives of a similar situation that happened to her.

While speaking with her, law enforcement learned Mountain was at her house on July 24 for lawn maintenance when he reportedly had his genitals exposed claiming his zipper was broken.

The 27-year-old was arrested again on Nov. 25 for the July incident.

“This man used his work position to gain access to the homes of these women, and then sexually exposed himself — this behavior is disgusting and predatory," Sheriff Grady Judd said in a statement. "We believe it’s possible that more victims of this man could be out there, and if that’s the case, we want them to come forward.”
