HUDSON, Fla. — A 53-year-old man was arrested after deputies say he hit a woman on the forehead for trying to take back a plate of cinnamon rolls.
Deputies say the victim was serving cinnamon rolls to David Ross when he wanted to keep the entire plate. When she tried to take back the plate, he hit her with the back of his left hand.
The Pasco County sheriff's office said Ross is also on probation for prior sexual offenses out of Broward County.
Ross was charged with battery and violation of probation.
