TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa International Airport is reporting flight delays and cancellations due to storms and lightning in the area.
On Twitter, TIA announced more than 100 delays and 23 cancellations.
A majority of domestic and international flights between 2 and 5:15 p.m. are experiencing delays, according to information from the airport's website. The airport is reminding passengers to check with their airlines before arriving for their flights.
