Cage the Elephant to play concert before Lightning watch party

TAMPA, Fla. — Grammy-award winning rock band Cage the Elephant is scheduled to play a free concert Wednesday night at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park.

The concert is scheduled to start at 5:15 p.m. ET ahead of the Game 1 matchup between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Columbus Blue Jackets in the first round of the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The team's official watch party is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. ET Wednesday, which is when the puck drops. There will be drink specials, food trucks, a chance to meet Lightning alum, giveaways and more.
