HUDSON, Fla. — A Hudson woman is facing a felony battery charge after deputies say she got into a verbal fight with someone she lived with and punched them.
Pasco County deputies say Allyson Dibene, 22, was swinging around a Wi-Fi router after getting into an argument with a person she lives with in a "non-domestic nature."
According to an arrest report, when the victim tried to grab the Wi-Fi router, the router almost hit a child. Then, deputies say Dibene punched the victim on the left side of her face.
Dibene was charged with felony battery. An arrest report shows it is her second battery after a conviction on April 19, 2018.
